BluePoint was contracted by the Statewide Workforce Education and Training (WE&T) Team to help design and implement a strategic planning process and plan to help the group better understand and manage their role within the State of California’s energy efficiency landscape, iden¬tify critical needs, and establish strategies and metrics to assist the Team in becoming more effective. Over six months BluePoint worked intensely with this group to facilitate the development of a 10-year Strategic Plan and Business Plan.
