BluePoint led a year-long strategic planning process with The Bay Foundation (TBF) Board and staff to establish a new 5-year strategic plan to help strengthen and focus the organization and its ability to protect and restore the Santa Monica Bay ecosystem. The new Strategic Plan will guide TBF as it manages additional funding and project opportunities while growing and retaining staff and partners. The new Strategic Plan included the development of a new Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals, along with the development of feasible and implementable strategies and actions, including fundraising goals, organizational effectiveness, and building awareness and visibility of the organization.
