BluePoint led a team to assist the County with developing an action-focused adaptation plan guides their activities and resource allocation for the next 10-years to increase county resilience to a range of climate hazards. The project took a unique approach to adaptation by only including strategies that the County has jurisdiction over or can influence. At each step of the planning effort, we asked: "Can we do this, and is it impactful?" The Plan is centered in equity, with the implementation actions ensuring that each strategy considers and addresses equity. The Plan was adopted in September 2024.
