BluePoint, working with Rincon Consultants, helped the County of Santa Barbara to develop an innovative and comprehensive Countywide Climate Action Plan centered on inclusive and equitable outreach and engagement. Working primarily online due to the COVID-19 pandemic, BluePoint created multiple engagement channels and used results to create the County vision statement and goals, guide CAP development, and help shape CAP strategies.
