BluePoint Planning designed and led community engagement efforts for the City of San Pablo’s Transit-oriented Development Plan, which aims to support alternative transportation modes along the City’s main corridors. BluePoint designed engagement materials and conducted pop-up activities in key locations throughout the City to solicit feedback on how the community used the different corridors and how they would ideally like to use them. Engagement efforts also included listening sessions with transit-reliant community groups, such as biking groups, students (youth), and low-income public housing residents. This engagement informed the Final Plan, which was adopted in February 2024.
