BluePoint, in partnership with Gates & Associates, developed a comprehensive Master Plan for this unincorporated community in northern Sacramento County. The Plan focuses on how to provide equitable services to new and existing parts of the District while increasing the quality and breadth of programming and facilities serving all community members from youth to seniors. The project included extensive in-person and online engagement and outreach to the community. The Master Plan was released in November 2022.
