BluePoint worked to embed sustainability and infrastructure planning considerations into the Moffett Park Specific Plan. BluePoint is in the process of developing an action plan and strategy to implement the Moffett Park Specific Plan in Sunnyvale. This plan will guide the City and partners to implement a comprehensive district approach for infrastructure development and management for the redevelopment of Moffett Park as an ecological innovation district that incorporates new housing and more jobs. However, due to project changes this effort is delayed indefinitely.
