BluePoint Planning worked with the City of Missoula’s Parks and Recreation Department to develop a Parks, Recreation, Open Space, and Trails Master Plan (PROST Plan). The PROST Plan is serving as a blueprint for the next 15 years of parks, trails, open space, and recreation services to residents. BluePoint worked to ensure the City’s 3 lenses of climate, equity, and housing were woven throughout. The development of the Plan was designed with a comprehensive public engagement approach, including co-managing a community working group with the City and the University of Montana staff. The PROST Plan was adopted in Spring 2025.
