BluePoint worked alongside Integral Consultants to develop a Climate Adaptation Plan (CAP) for the City of Half Moon Bay to protect and help the community adapt to the impacts of climate change, such as sea level rise, flooding, wildfires, and more. BluePoint led community engagement efforts for this project, including listening sessions, pop-ups, development of climate change curriculum and feedback on vulnerabilities for middle school students, and more. BluePoint then developed Plan goals that aligned with community values and developed problem statements which formed the basis of the strategies for the CAP.

BluePoint helped align these Plan strategies with Plan goals, and helped organize the Plan so that each goal, and its subsequent strategies, were directed at a specific City department.
