BluePoint, in partner with Rincon Consulting is helping the City of Campbell develop its first Climate Action & Adaptation Plan (CAAP) to set specific targets that align with statewide emissions reduction goals and help Campbell achieve carbon neutrality by 2045. Through this year and a half planning process a plan that will measure emissions from our energy sources, our buildings, transportation, water, wastewater, and solid waste, and will consider hotter temperatures, urban ecosystems, flood mitigation, and emergency response. BluePoint is ensuring this plan is grounded in lived-experience by working closely with the community and by helping to develop a Community Advisory Committee, and facilitate meetings to gather input and feedback on various plan elements. This plan is expected to be adopted in October 2025.
