BluePoint Planning led the Bay Area Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) in creating an actionable 3-Year Strategic Plan. Through a deliberate process, BluePoint helped BCDC commissioners, staff, partners, and stakeholders work together to develop a new vision statement, set ambitious but achievable goals, and center the plan in equity. BluePoint Planning and BCDC senior staff collaborated closely to refine the strategic framework with public and agency feedback and to develop an easy-to-use action plan to track progress.
