BluePoint has had longstanding involvement with BayRen, including ongoing facilitation for internal and external multi-jurisdictional meetings, developing a new communication strategy and rebranding the organization and developing a ten-year strategic plan. Most recently, BluePoint is working with the nine bay area counties and the BayREN programs to envision the future of the orgainization and how to be more effective.
