BluePoint Planning worked with Bay Area Air District to develop an actionable 5-year Strategic Plan. To ensure that staff, Board Members, community members, and the regulated community could all contribute to the Strategic Plan, BluePoint designed and facilitated staff and Board workshops, small group meetings, public meetings, and an online survey to inform the Strategic Plan. BluePoint led the Air District in developing a vision statement, an updated mission statement, achievable goals and strategies, while ensuring all work was grounded in equity and highlighted the key responsibilities of the Air District.

The Strategic Plan was adopted in September 2024. Following this, BluePoint is assisted the Air District with implementation, ensuring that the Strategic Plan is reflected in the daily work of the Air District, the budgeting process, and the Board’s priorities.
