BluePoint developed RCPA's strategic plan to help guide the organization to prioritize and focus efforts to have the greatest impact in reducing carbon emissions and addressing climate change. The strategic planning process included multiple strategy meetings with the staff, and a half day retreat with the Board to develop a new mission, vision, goals, clarity, and a focused direction that would have greater impact in the County.
